John Pye Motorsport carry out a multitude of engine and gearbox building and modication. Our services include:

Engine Building
Full engine rebuild service back to standard or uprated including: rebore, uprated rods, pistons (Omega), oil pumps, crankshafts and uprated main bearing shells. We supply and fit uprated exhaust manifolds and turbos
and can alter turbo angles as required. We supply and fit larger and
front-mounted intercoolers with alter inlet track. John Pye port and polish cylinder heads, supply and fit uprated camshafts and valves, polished
inlet manifolds and tuned exhaust systems. Our tuning service offers modifications to give more efficient use of variable cam timing on the
latest models.

Engine mapping
For optimum performance benefits John Pye Motorsport are specialist in GEMs engine management systems, including ECU installation, intercooler water spray, anti-lag and dual fuel octane.

Gearboxes
Our service includes full rebuilds and we can alter gear ratios and diff ratios, fit a range of limited slip diffs including ECU controlled/mapped centre differentials. Note: You do not require to have this pre-fitted!
We supply and fit uprated gear linkages and bushed, uprated driveshafts
and carry out 5 speed to 6 speed conversions (1994-2000 model
Subaru Impreza).
